Job Description

*Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing timely, accurate updates via phone, email, and digital portals to maintain strong client relationships.

Manage end-to-end coordination of cargo shipments from pickup to final delivery, collaborating closely with carriers, customs brokers, agents, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Schedule and oversee all Imports, Exports, Inter-Emirate transfers, Inter-Free zone transfers and Deliveries, ensuring adherence to operational timelines and client requirements.
*Prepare, review, and verify all shipping documentation--including (Draft/Revised) bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, and customs forms--to ensure full regulatory compliance and prevent shipment delays.

*Proactively identify and resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies,

*routing issues, and other operational challenges, escalating complex problems to management when necessary.

*Accurately enter shipment and client data into company systems, monitor performance metrics, log communications, and generate reports to support operational decisionmaking.

*Prepare and analyze stock reports, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely updates on stock levels to clients and management.

*Conduct regular warehouse visits and inspections to verify stock condition, storage compliance, and operational standards.

*Assist during stock audits by coordinating with warehouse teams, verifying inventory, and providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.

*Complete billing and invoicing processes by verifying charges, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating with finance to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Collaborate closely with vendor sales, operations, and warehouse teams to deliver a seamless and positive client experience throughout the supply chain process.
*Support onboarding of new customers, facilitating smooth transitions and contributing to the development of long-term client relationships.

*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
