The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and systems to solve real-world challenges. This role requires a combination of strong programming skills, theoretical knowledge, and practical experience in AI/ML.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and models for large-scale applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define AI/ML solutions to business and technical problems.
- Build and maintain pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Deploy AI/ML models in production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Conduct model evaluation, testing, and iteration to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Research and apply state-of-the-art techniques in AI, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed models and implement continuous improvements.
- Document development processes, methodologies, and results for team and stakeholder reference.
Education:
Education qualifications listed below will be considered but are not required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Ph.D. in a relevant domain is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions.
- Proven expertise in working with structured and unstructured data.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Strong background in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Proficient in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI/ML workloads.
- Familiarity with big data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of MLOps principles and tools for CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of mathematical and statistical foundations of AI/ML, including linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
- Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual tasks independently.
