The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing complex datasets, building predictive models, and delivering actionable insights that drive business and technical decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve business problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Design experiments and evaluate hypotheses to inform decision-making.
- Build data pipelines and workflows to ensure scalable and efficient processing.
- Visualize and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders using dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and domain experts, to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Stay up to date with advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
- Document methodologies, processes, and results for internal use and future reference.
Education:
- Master's or Ph. D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in data science or machine learning are a plus.
- 3-7 years of professional experience in data science or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models and advanced analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and relational databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data processing and model deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into actionable insights.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
