Key Responsibilities

  • Sponsor enhancements to systems, processes, and work practices, ensuring effective gap identification and resolution
  • Develop a strategic portfolio view for priority projects and drive alignment with functional mandates
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring agility, efficiency, and on-target delivery
  • Strengthen ADNOC's overall brand reputation through strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Support GS&A Director priorities, offering strategic insights and solutions for critical business matters
  • Guide program development from concept formation to implementation monitoring

  • Review asset performance metrics, identify variances, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality measures

Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing and Communications, or equivalent
  • 15 years of experience in public relations, general services, business support, and change management, with 8 years in managerial roles
  • Experience in large organizations, preferably oil and gas
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex scenarios
  • Proven experience leading short, mid, and long-term projects with measurable impact
  • Strong people management and team development capabilities
