About the Role :

We are seeking a forward-thinking and tech-savvy

AI & Technology Integration Specialist

to join our team. This individual will play a key role in identifying, implementing, and optimizing artificial intelligence tools and emerging technologies across our operations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and departments to enhance business efficiency, automation, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate AI tools, platforms, and technologies relevant to our business.

Guide internal teams on the adoption of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, automation solutions, and industry-specific platforms.

Analyse current business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.

Lead the implementation of selected tools and provide training/support to users.

Stay up to date on emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, cloud services, automation, etc.) and assess their applicability to our industry.

Work with all departments to align technology with business objectives.

Develop and manage a roadmap for technology integration and innovation.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or related field.

3+ years of experience in AI, digital transformation, or technology consulting.

Strong understanding of AI tools

Experience in training and supporting non-technical users.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred:

Background in manufacturing, construction, or engineering industry.

Knowledge of data analytics, scripting, or low-code platforms is a plus.
