Position Summary:

We seek a proactive AI Innovation Specialist / Chief AI Technology Advisor who will closely monitor evolving technologies and effectively communicate their strategic applications to management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in guiding our technological direction and innovation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Explore and implement Agentic AI systems that autonomously reason, plan, and act toward defined objectives in complex environments (e.g., research agents, workflow orchestrators, or AI co-pilots for internal teams).

Assess and deploy agent-based architectures (e.g., AutoGPT, LangGraph, CrewAI, ReAct) to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, or data-driven decision-making across departments. Monitor, research, and analyze technological developments in AI, blockchain, Web3, and the metaverse. Advise management with strategic recommendations for adopting new technologies. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to execute technology-driven projects. Ensure the clear communication of complex technological information across the organization.

Skills & Experience:

3-5 years of experience in AI, emerging tech, or innovation strategy roles.

Strong applied knowledge of AI/ML models, blockchain technologies, Web3 ecosystems, digital platforms, and the metaverse.

Proven experience integrating new technologies into operations, products, or strategic initiatives.

Experience in designing, deploying, or managing Agentic AI systems utilizing tools like AutoGPT, BabyAGI, OpenAI GPT Agents, or custom frameworks for autonomous task execution.

Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration, memory management (e.g., vector DBs, RAG), and AI-human collaboration loops. Proficiency in LLM tool use, function calling, and agentic behavior chains using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel. Extensive knowledge in AI, machine learning, blockchain, Web3, and metaverse ecosystems. Proven track record in technology advisory, innovation leadership, or strategic technology consultancy. Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to forecast technological advancements and opportunities. Strong communication skills in English; Italian proficiency is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to translate complex technological concepts into clear business strategies.

Requirements:

Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, blockchain, and Web3 technologies. Experience in strategic technological advisory roles or innovation-focused positions. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Strong English communication skills; Italian language skills are advantageous but optional. Proven ability to identify and leverage new technological trends quickly.
