RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring features and priorities support the overall vision for the AI-based Virtual COO.
• Convert diverse user needs across Family Offices, corporate teams, households, and individuals into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver modular AI components with strong controls for data access, behavior tracking, and system learning.
• Ensure the system provides intelligent, contextual operational guidance that reflects the insights of a real Chief Operating Officer.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept and MVP through testing, compliance reviews, and market readiness under senior leadership guidance.
• Prioritize development with a focus on scalability, usability, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance throughout the product roadmap.
• Help create a seamless, intuitive user experience across desktop, mobile, wearable, and voice/video interfaces.
• Review progress with internal stakeholders and refine features based on analytics, testing results, and market input.
• Coordinate with compliance and cybersecurity teams to ensure adherence to governance and data-protection standards.
• Work with marketing, operations, and legal teams to prepare the product for launch and ensure all technical and commercial elements are aligned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-8 years of experience working with AI-driven products, including data models, system integrations, and ethical considerations.
• Experience in product management or product ownership, ideally within AI.
• Prior experience delivering or supporting international projects, preferably in the US or EU.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical priorities.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills, balancing input from engineering, design, compliance, and operations.
• Ability to manage delivery timelines and stakeholder expectations while working under senior strategic direction.
• Passion for building technology that delivers real operational impact.
