AI Governance Lead needed to join an exciting start-up based in Dubai! Job Summary This role leads the development and oversight of responsible AI practices across the organization. Acting as a bridge between business, tech, and legal teams, it ensures AI initiatives are ethical, compliant, and aligned with company goals. Key focus areas include risk management, governance frameworks, and AI policy implementation. Key Responsibilities Drive Responsible AI strategy and roadmap Set governance standards, policies, and review protocols Maintain centralized AI inventory and risk assessments Monitor AI models for fairness, safety, and compliance Educate teams on ethical AI and acceptable use Requirements 10+ years in tech or financial services; 3+ in governance or risk Strong grasp of AI, data science, ML, GenAI, and compliance Skilled in stakeholder collaboration, project oversight, and ethical leadership Background in Computer Science, Data Science, Law, or related fields Location: Dubai - Onsite Salary: 20K Duration: FT Perm #J-18808-Ljbffr
