About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Engineer with strong expertise in N8N automation and MCP/MLL specialization to drive digital transformation across our operations. The ideal candidate will design and implement AI-driven workflows, automate business processes, and build intelligent solutions that enhance efficiency, customer engagement, and decision-making in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI-powered automation workflows using N8N and other RPA tools.

Build, maintain, and optimize intelligent automation solutions across CRM, ERP, and real estate management platforms.

Develop chatbots, predictive models, and machine learning pipelines (MLL/MCP specialization) to improve client engagement and data-driven decision-making.

Integrate AI, NLP, and automation frameworks with internal systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Analyze large datasets, generate insights, and support strategic business forecasting.

Ensure scalability, data security, and compliance in all AI/automation solutions.

Collaborate with IT, sales, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and implement innovative solutions.

Stay ahead of the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and automation to bring continuous innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field (master's preferred).

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in AI, automation engineering, and workflow automation.

Hands-on expertise in N8N automation workflows and strong understanding of RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).

Proficiency in programming languages: Python, Java, or C#.

Deep knowledge of machine learning lifecycle (MLL) and model control processes (MCP).

Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and NLP tools.

Skilled in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API integrations.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
