AI Automation Engineer

Type: Project-Based (Contract with potential long-term collaboration)

Location: Remote

Experience Level: Mid to Senior (3+ years in automation or AI-driven systems)

About the Role

We are looking for an innovative AI Automation Engineer who will design and deliver intelligent automation systems using ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, or similar AI models, integrated through automation tools such as n8n, Google Opal, or custom Python/Node.js scripts.



The engineer will work closely with our product and sales teams to automate internal workflows, marketing, customer engagement, and technical support for PikoTV, a leader in video broadcasting and OTT solutions.

Responsibilities

The candidate will design, implement, and document automation pipelines that integrate with Podio, email systems, websites, and social media APIs, covering the following key areas:

a) Sales Quotation Automation

Connect Podio API with AI workflows to fetch product and license lists. Use LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT or Gemini) to generate sales quotations conversationally. Implement business logic for product selection, pricing, and discount calculation.

b) Automated Marketing

Build AI-driven lead generation and marketing pipelines targeting: + TV stations, system integrators, Pay TV platforms, and Telco operators.
Automate outbound emails introducing PikoTV products, with intelligent content personalization.

c) AI Support Agent

Develop an AI-powered chatbot trained on PikoTV technical and marketing documents. Deploy for website and WhatsApp integration for multi-language customer support.

d) AI-Driven Social Media Posting

Automate creation and scheduling of social media posts for important occasions (e.g., New Year, national/religious holidays). Integrate AI image and caption generation tools for auto-publishing with confirmation.

e) SLA Reminder Automation

Build a workflow that checks SLA expiry dates from Podio encoder database. Send automated email reminders and follow-ups to customers using AI-generated persuasive text. Automatically calculate SLA renewal fees using Podio invoice data.

f) Sales Collaboration

(Optional) Join customer calls and act as technical sales support to explain automation workflows and PikoTV solutions.

g) Hardware SLA Checker

Develop AI agents to monitor Dell.com or HPE.com for SLA status of rack servers. Automatically parse expiry data and create internal reports or notifications.

h) Hardware Replacement & Quotation Agent

Use encoder hardware lists from Podio to track component failures. Build automation that searches online markets for replacement parts, fetches pricing and delivery details, and generates quotations automatically.

Required Skills

Experience with AI integration tools (n8n, Google Opal, Zapier, or Make.com) Experience using OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or similar APIs Strong knowledge of Python, Node.js, or Go for automation scripting Hands-on experience with REST APIs, especially Podio API Familiarity with email automation and CRM integration Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning Experience deploying chatbots or virtual assistants (website or WhatsApp)
