Agriculture Nursery Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise and coordinate all nursery operations including planting, propagation, fertilization, irrigation, pruning, and transplanting.
Monitor plant health and implement pest and disease control measures.
Train, guide, and supervise nursery staff and workers.
Maintain records of plant production, inventory, and sales (if applicable).
Ensure proper use and maintenance of agricultural tools, equipment, and irrigation systems.
Implement best practices in sustainable nursery management.
Plan production schedules to meet demand requirements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Prepare reports and updates for management regarding nursery performance.
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in nursery/plantation/farm management.
Supervisory and team management skills.
Ability to plan and organize work effectively.
Good communication and reporting skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
