Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced

Nursery Supervisor

to oversee the daily operations of our plant nursery. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in

plant production, propagation, and maintenance

, ensuring the healthy growth and quality of all plants. This role requires hands-on supervision, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively to meet production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all daily nursery operations, including planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and pest control. Oversee plant propagation activities such as seeding, cutting, grafting, and transplanting. Monitor plant health and growth, ensuring optimal environmental conditions are maintained. Manage inventory of plants, fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and materials. Plan and coordinate production schedules based on project and client requirements. Train and supervise nursery workers, ensuring safety and quality standards are followed. Maintain accurate records of plant production, treatments, and deliveries. Inspect plants regularly for diseases, pests, or other issues, and take corrective actions promptly. Ensure nursery facilities and equipment are maintained in good working condition. Collaborate with the landscaping and procurement teams for plant supply and delivery coordination.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 1-2

years of experience

in a plant nursery, plant production in UAE Strong knowledge of plant species, propagation methods, and nursery management practices. Familiarity with pest and disease control measures. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

or large-scale nursery operations in UAE
