Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic
Nursery Supervisor
to oversee our nursery operations and ensure a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for young children. The Nursery Supervisor will manage the team, maintain standards, and support both staff and children in their daily activities.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursery teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor and maintain high standards of teaching, care, and safety. Implement the nursery curriculum and educational programs. Observe and assess children's progress and support individual learning needs. Maintain effective communication with parents regarding children's development and wellbeing. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies. Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Report to the Nursery Manager or Principal on operations and staff performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Diploma in
Early Childhood Education
or related field. Withexperienced
in a supervisory role in a nursery or preschool. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of child development and early years education principles. Ability to mentor and motivate staff while maintaining a positive environment.Benefits:
