Job Description

Process the sales documentation and logistics for a variety of agricultural machinery and implements;

Maintain and develop a customer database;

Prepare, process, submit and manage pro forma invoices;

Prepare, submit and manage bids for tenders;

Ordering stock and inventory management;

Liaise with suppliers regarding lead time, pricing, technical information and availability of agricultural equipment and machines;
  • Drafting, processing and managing Letters of Credit;
Achieve technical familiarity with the full range of products offered;
  • Manage import, export and distribution logistics chains;
Devise and implement marketing strategies;

Prepare sales, marketing and industry reports;

Liaise and advise subsidiaries of estimated delivery schedule, service contracts and warranty;

Keep up to date on market trends and competitors; and

Perform extensive product and industry research.
