About the Hiring Company:
The main focus of the Affiliate Manager role will be on our affiliate network, and will involve identifying potential new publishers, promoting our industry leading affiliate network to them, and assisting the sales and advertiser manager teams in managing relationships effectively, all while delivering an unrivalled level of service to our publishers. :

• Acquire and build relationships with new publishers.
• Monitor performance, optimise and manage existing publisher partnerships.
• Understand the advertisers' user acquisition and provide a consultative service to the publisher portfolio using your industry expertise
• Suggest and implement initiatives for growth.
• Forecast sales results
• Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends and/or changes.
• Ensure all KPI's, traffic and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
• Developing and maintaining market leading industry knowledge of affiliate marketing to assist with delivering a top level service.
• Proactively build and grow a sales pipeline through calls, emails, meetings, and industry events
• Manage multiple accounts, analyse data and continually strive for increased performance

• Results-driven: must be a driven person with a strong ambition to succeed
• Ability and willingness to work out with the usual 9-5 office hours with a 'go the extra mile' approach
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of key campaign metrics
• Ability to work quickly and close negotiations in a timely manner in the fast paced and ever changing network environment
• Ability to prioritize over competing tasks
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Be proactive, results-oriented as well as honest, and trustworthy
• Be a team player and dedication to delivering great results

Desirable

• Some technical understanding of ad operations and campaign tracking is an advantage
