Our team consists of 10 solid, experienced team members, all having their own specialty.

About you:

Our ideal candidate for this position is someone who is energetic, dedicated, passionate and ambitious, self-driven, and entrepreneurial type of person, who enjoys leading others.

The person should have 5+ years of experience in the affiliate arena and sweepstake offers, with a solid network of like-minded professionals in the publishing industry.

This position is open to ONLY FULL-TIME, is fully remote, and is ideally based in Eastern Europe or UAE, as the management team is based in UAE.

General Manager Goals:

Manage the entire Operations of the company, its people, and processes to sustain the growth plans, through ClickUp

Build and grow strategic partnerships with the aim of becoming one of the top network companies by 2027

Responsible and accountable for P&L and auditing the financial department

Build and grow new sales opportunities to 200% YoY

Implement the vision of the CEO and measure the impact of decisions made in the market and internal team

General Manager Requirements:

5+ years as an Affiliate Manager, General Manager, Processing Manager or Media Buyer within a company running cc submit offers/sweepstakes.

Leadership experience

A solid network of publishers and a good track record of setting up social media campaigns

Equally, people and process-oriented

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Resourceful
