Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the aesthetic center, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service
Lead and support the team, including doctors, therapists, and administrative staff
Oversee patient experience, ensuring excellent service from consultation to post-treatment care
Monitor sales performance, develop strategies to increase revenue, and achieve business targets
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
Maintain inventory of medical and cosmetic supplies, ensuring proper stock levels
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and attract new clients
Requirements
Proven experience in managing an aesthetic clinic, medical spa, or beauty center
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare, and cosmetic procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Understanding of healthcare regulations and licensing requirements
