Job Description
I am working with a government entity in the UAE focused on energy policy and international affairs, looking for an Advisor to support a Senior Official.
The Advisor will be responsible for providing support to the senior official during bi-lateral meetings, global energy and sustainability conferences and engagements with public and private sector energy entities. They will need to lead cross-sectoral strategic initiatives,provide strategic advice on bilateral and multilateral opportunities, develop monitoring and analytical frameworks for shifting energy policies and facilitating institutional knowledge transfer.
The role requires passion for international affairs and energy; excellent analytical and foreign policy development skills; good research capabilities and strong government & stakeholder coordination across local, regional and global levels.
You will need a background of 20+ years in consulting, strategic comms, international development or government advisory working closely with stakeholders or leading senior officials staff as well as the ability to speak and write Arabic.
