Requirements
Network Operations:
Deploy, maintain, and manage the physical and logical infrastructure of fixed networks, including fiber optic and copper lines.Technical Support:
Provide Level 2 support to field teams, troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, and perform root cause analysis on network problems.Performance Monitoring:
Track network performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor for service-level agreement (SLA) compliance, and produce performance reports.Network Configuration and Maintenance:
Configure and manage network hardware and perform necessary upgrades and maintenance.Security and Compliance:
