The Job Performer (JP) is responsible for executing work in accordance with ADNOC standards, Work Management System (WMS) procedures, and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements. The JP ensures that all tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with ADNOC HSE policies.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out job execution as per ADNOC Work Management System (WMS).
Prepare, review, and follow Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Toolbox Talks (TBT).
Coordinate with Site Authority, Area Authority, and other stakeholders to ensure safe work execution.
Ensure full compliance with ADNOC Permit-to-Work procedures.
Identify hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
Verify worksite readiness and ensure proper use of PPE and tools.
Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses immediately.
Maintain accurate records as required by ADNOC systems.
Proven experience in oil & gas facilities (Onshore/Offshore).
Strong understanding of ADNOC PTW and WMS processes.
Experience in hazardous area operations, isolation procedures, and risk assessments.
Ability to lead work crews safely and effectively.
