Key Responsibilities
Contact, follow up, and nurture prospective student leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
Counsel students on available programs, admission requirements, and eligibility criteria
Check and verify student eligibility in line with institutional guidelines
Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions by meeting weekly and monthly targets
Build and maintain strong rapport with students, clients, agents, and corporate partners
Identify and explore opportunities for
business development
, including partnerships with agents, corporates, and other stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions status using CRM or internal systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment and onboarding process
Requirements
0-1 year of experience in admissions, education counseling, sales, tele-sales, or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients, agents, and corporates
Target-driven attitude with the ability to work under pressure
Persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively close admissions
Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
