Your Role:

As the first point of contact for prospective parents and students, you will:

Welcome families with warmth and professionalism, providing a positive first impression of Amity School. Guide parents through a streamlined admissions process, explaining procedures, curriculum, fee structures, and regulatory requirements. Organise and support with school tours, entry assessments, student interviews and ensure applications are processed promptly, Communicate admissions decisions promptly and manage acceptance, waitlist, and denial letters. Maintain accurate records of available places, waiting lists, and student databases. Collaborate with teams to develop strategies for attracting new students and ensure compliance with Ministry of Education regulations. Prepare reports and assist with student projections and strategic planning Assist in planning open days and admission events.

What We're Looking For:

A professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional multitasking skills. Proficiency in database management and MS Office applications. Experience in customer service or a similar role in an educational setting (preferred).
