Each month, we receive hundreds of inquiries from aspiring professionals. As an Admissions Officer, you will play a key role in guiding potential students through their journey from inquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to prospective student inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Effectively communicate the value and impact of our programs on career advancement.
Guide applicants through the admissions process and ensure smooth, timely conversions from lead to enrollment.
Contribute to and execute strategies aimed at improving admissions outcomes and meeting monthly enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in education admissions with a consistent track record of meeting enrollment targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
Proven ability to convert leads through strong consultative and negotiation skills.
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, eLearning platforms, and internet tools.
Must be currently based in the UAE or open to relocating.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
