Capital Education Group is currently seeking applicants to fill the position of Admissions Officer

This is a business development position which has very attractive incentives.

Candidate will be required to:

Promote various higher education programs Represent the university at exhibitions and recruitment events in UAE and overseas Work in close coordination with agents, schools, and liaise with prospective students Counsel learners over phone and face-to-face at the University and venues Present program specifications, deliver talks to groups of prospective students Provide information, advice, and guidance to students Maintain strong after sales support and student retention Actively participate in the production of marketing collateral, advertisements and contribute to the strong online presence of the University Appraise and report daily work development to supervisor Excellent telephonic and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure

The candidate will have good student counseling and prospecting skills, coupled with strong customer service and administrative abilities. The position requires frequent travel within the UAE and periodic travel outside the UAE. Working knowledge in admissions and student recruitment of UAE education sector would be an added advantage.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

An ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, rapport-building skills, and multicultural competency should be a university graduate with at least 2 years of experience in marketing and recruitment in higher education.
