The Role

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented

Admissions Officers

to join our GCC team, managing student recruitment and training activities across international markets. This role requires a proactive professional who can engage with prospective students, partner institutions, and corporate clients, helping them navigate their academic journey with NEXT.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries from potential adult students and guide them through the admissions process. Conduct virtual and in-person consultations, explaining course structures, entry requirements, and career outcomes. Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to ensure smooth intake operations. Build and maintain relationships with agents, corporate partners, and regional representatives. Support international recruitment campaigns, info sessions, and digital outreach initiatives. Meet and exceed monthly enrolment and conversion targets.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in

student recruitment, admissions, or training sector roles

(preferably in higher or executive education). Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage). Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Experience in managing CRM or lead-tracking systems. A positive, goal-driven attitude and ability to work in multicultural environments.
