Key Responsibilities:
Handle student inquiries and guide them through the admissions process. Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Assist with local events, open days, and school visits. Ensure a smooth and professional experience for applicants.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred). 1-2 years of experience in student recruitment or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
