Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations within the education sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market reach, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Identify, approach, and onboard educational institutions, training centers, and corporate clients. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads and opportunities. Lead the end-to-end sales cycle--from prospecting and product presentation to negotiation and closing. Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional and outreach campaigns. Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and business analyses for management review. Participate in events, exhibitions, and networking platforms to represent the organization. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the education or EdTech sector. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong network and connections within the education industry. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to lead and develop a sales team effectively. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and networking activities when required.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
