Iconic Training Institute in Dubai is looking for a motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented

Admissions Officer

to join our team. This role is key to driving student enrollments by converting inquiries and leads into confirmed admissions while consistently achieving and exceeding monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the complete admissions cycle--from initial inquiry and lead generation to enrollment--ensuring a professional and seamless experience for prospective students. Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries, providing accurate details about programs, courses, schedules, and admission procedures. Proactively address objections and resolve queries to guide potential students toward successful enrollment. Achieve or surpass monthly sales and enrollment targets while maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism. Work closely with the admissions team to implement strategies for lead generation, effective follow-up, and improving conversion rates. Maintain accurate and updated records of all leads, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Proven experience in admissions, counseling, or sales, preferably within the

training or educational sector

. A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales and enrollment targets. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to gain trust and rapport quickly. Highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the education and training industry in the UAE will be an advantage. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.

Preference:

Candidates who have prior experience working in a

training institute or educational center in admissions, student counseling, or sales

will be given preference.
