Iconic Training Institute in Dubai is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission Officer to join our team. As an Admission Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving student enrollment by effectively converting leads into students, while meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets for our training center.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from lead generation to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for prospective students. Respond promptly to inquiries from potential students, providing accurate information about our programs, courses, and enrollment procedures. Showcase the value proposition of our training institute and articulate the benefits of enrolling in our programs. Effectively overcome objections and address concerns raised by prospective students to facilitate enrollment. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into enrolled students, while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism. Collaborate with the admissions team to develop strategies for lead generation, follow-up, and conversion optimization. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and applicants in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Proven experience in admissions or sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple leads and inquiries simultaneously. Knowledge of the education and training industry, particularly in the UAE, is preferred. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
