Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:1. Student Counseling & Guidance

Advise prospective students and parents on academic programs, admission requirements, and application procedures. Conduct in-person, phone, or online counseling sessions to guide students on suitable courses based on interests, qualifications, and career goals. Maintain a deep understanding of institutional programs, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa requirements.

2. Admission Process Management

Assist applicants with the completion of admission and visa documentation. Review and verify student applications for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with academic departments to process admissions decisions in a timely manner. Manage student databases and maintain accurate admission records.

3. Outreach & Marketing Support

Participate in school visits, education fairs, open days, and promotional events to attract prospective students. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert inquiries into enrollments. Support marketing teams by providing insights on student needs and market trends.

4. Relationship Management

Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, agents, and educational consultants. Collaborate with internal departments (finance, academics, student affairs) to ensure seamless onboarding. Provide ongoing support to newly admitted students to ensure a positive transition experience.

5. Reporting & Performance

Achieve monthly or quarterly admission and enrollment targets. Prepare regular reports on inquiry conversion rates, admission statistics, and market feedback. Contribute to continuous improvement of the admissions process and customer experience.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's Degree

in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (required).

Master's Degree

(preferred) in Education Administration, Counseling, or related areas.

Experience:

Minimum:

2-3 years of experience as an

Admission Counselor

Student Advisor

, or in

Education Consultancy

, preferably in the UAE or GCC region. Experience in

international education systems

is an advantage. Familiarity with UAE education policies and visa procedures is desirable.
