Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to prospective leads and follow up on inquiries.
Counsel students
about courses, admission procedures, and institute offerings.
Maintain a
daily follow-up record
and update lead status in CRM or Excel.
Achieve
monthly admission & sales targets
through lead conversion.
Conduct
telephonic & in-person counselling sessions
with potential students.
Handle
walk-in inquiries
and ensure a smooth admission process.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude to ensure a high conversion ratio.
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Proven experience in
tele-sales, lead management, or counselling
Excellent
communication and convincing skills
Strong
sales and target-oriented mindset
Good knowledge of
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
