- Responsible for class enrolments, schedules and admissions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organising and administering student records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing the student admissions and graduation process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring records are updated with new grades, attendance, finances, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Training staff at the registrar\'s office to use software related to records administration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing clerical tasks, such as printing academic transcripts for students. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping student information confidential and secure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participating in student service committees and initiatives.
- Prior experience as a registrar for a similar education institution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent Communicational skill in English & organizational skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong computer literacy, with database familiarity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Professional appearance \xe2\x80\xa2 Work location \xe2\x80\x93 Dubai Financial Centre
