We are currently recruiting for an Administrator - Demand Planning to join our Group HR team in our Headquarters, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.
Scope: Administrator-Demand Planning is responsible for overseeing and monitoring Onboarding functions, ensuring that administrative processes are followed through. Provide support to management, including handling correspondence to comply with the Mobilization and Non-mobilization trainings client requirements. This role requires thorough attention to detail and will include communicating and coordinating with Business Units, Demand Planning, and Welcome Centre. Manage communication channels, such as phone calls and emails
Financial:

  • Raise PR on time for all external provider Invoices.
  • Release Arrivals on a timely manner.
Customer:
  • Liaise with external course providers to schedule / reserve sessions as or when required according to Training demand.
Process:
  • Promptly update and accurately maintain Training records on TR360 and organize training filing.
  • Ensure the Training Mobilization process is followed through for all Arrivals.
  • Gather, organize, and upload data required for analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure all stationery and session supplies are stocked and available for the business unit.
  • Monthly Compliance
  • Prepare and plan, and schedule learners for mobilization and non-mobilization trainings- 7 days before calendar training dates are provided.
  • Arrange logistics for external and client-related training.
  • Prepare the class schedule and ensure it is accurately updated and published and map out training program for new joiners to support the Arrivals process.
  • Continually assess risk on Arrival Ageing and compliance and highlight/escalate to Management as a standard escalation matrix.
  • Print training-related requirements to comply according to contract standards, such as Training cards, etc.

Selection Criteria:
  • Basic to Intermediate level of Microsoft applications, majorly in Excel, Word, and PDF
