Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle and manage travel arrangements, including ticketing, reservations, and itinerary planning. Utilize GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) for flight and hotel bookings. Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and travel guidelines. Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and travel agencies for seamless travel arrangements. Maintain accurate travel records, expense reports, and documentation. Assist employees with visa applications, travel insurance, and related requirements. Monitor travel costs and negotiate rates with suppliers when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:



Certification in

IATA, GDS, Sabre, Amadeus

, or related travel systems (mandatory). Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel coordination or administration. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of visa processing and travel regulations. Proficiency in MS Office and booking systems.
