We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive
Russian-speaking Administrator
to join our Early Years Centre. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily administrative operations of the centre while acting as a first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors. Fluency in Russian is essential to effectively communicate with our Russian-speaking families.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and enquiries, both in person and via phone/email
Communicate confidently and professionally in
Russian and English
with families and stakeholders
Manage enrolments, registrations, and maintain accurate child and family records
Support billing, invoicing, and fee collection processes
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
Assist with compliance documentation and regulatory requirements relevant to early years settings
Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence
Support the Centre Manager and teaching staff with administrative tasks as required
Assist with communication, newsletters, and notices to parents
Requirements
Fluency in
Russian and English
(spoken and written) is essential
Previous administrative experience, preferably in an educational or early years setting
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A warm, professional, and child-friendly approach
Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience working in an Early Years Centre, nursery, or school
Customer service or front-desk experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
