Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage course schedules, student enrollments, and inquiries
Assist in daily administrative tasks and office operations
Communicate effectively with students and parents in English and Arabic (Chinese is an advantage)
Support marketing and promotion of educational programs
Engage in sales activities - converting inquiries to enrollments (commission-based)
Maintain student records and follow up for payments or documentation
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Arabic (Chinese is a plus)
Previous experience in administration or sales
Friendly, proactive, and organized personality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday off, Sunday working
