Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized

IT Administrator & Marketing Coordinator

to manage and support a diverse range of platforms and technologies used across our business. This role involves overseeing CCTV and PABX systems, coordinating mobile and web app updates, managing marketing efforts, and maintaining critical business tools including CleanCloud, Zoho CRM, Google Admin, and website platforms like Wix and GoDaddy.

Key Responsibilities:Technical Coordination

Monitor and maintain CCTV systems for security and operations. Administer PABX phone systems including configuration and troubleshooting. Coordinate with developers and CEO to manage updates and features for mobile and web applications. Support and troubleshoot printer connectivity and performance across departments. Administer domain, DNS, and hosting via GoDaddy; ensure uptime and proper SSL/email setup.

Marketing Coordination

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and digital outreach. Manage content, updates, and performance analytics for

Wix websites

. Manage and generate reports from

Zoho CRM

. Coordinate promotional offers, newsletters, and client communications through marketing tools and CRM integrations.

Software & Platform Management

Maintain and optimize laundry management systems such as

CleanCloud

. Ensure smooth operation and user management of

Google Admin

(workspace users, email setup, drive access). Create basic reports and monitor usage metrics from various platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years experience in technical support, digital coordination, or marketing operations. Familiarity with CleanCloud, Zoho CRM, Wix, GoDaddy, and Google Admin Console. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities simultaneously. Basic troubleshooting knowledge of CCTV, printers, and telecom systems.

Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of UI/UX in mobile/web apps. Experience working with cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, operations).

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
