The Administrative Specialist needs to take an active role related to all aspects of MS Dynamics, will have additional authorizations than the General Sales user, and these additional authorizations will allow you to fulfil the extended duties within MS Dynamics. The administrative specialist may also receive tasks and guidance from the GCO CRM team with regards to MS dynamics topics/issues etc. This role will be the single point of contact within the country/division for the GCO CRM Team and should ensure that they have a close dialogue with the end users which for example could be used in gathering their feedback related to the system etc. Responsibilities: User Licenses
Request the setup of new users in MS Dynamics via Cherwell
Request the deletion of users who have either left DSV or no longer need to use MS Dynamics
Ensure the correct licensed users are using MS Dynamics
Training
Onboarding and Training of New MS Dynamics users within the area of responsibility
Ensure that all users are aware of the training material/information on the CRM SharePoint site
Perform regular training (refresher) sessions to ensure that all end users are kept up to date with the latest updates & features in MS Dynamics
Support
Provide 1st level support to all users within nominated Countries/Divisions
Log in Issues, incorrect browser, general queries and functionality of MS Dynamics etc
Supporting end users to make changes to their records if they face issues (as Administrative Specialist can maintain all records)
Distinguish if the reported issue is IT or Business relevant then raise the issue to the correct team e.g. IT support team (via Cherwell) or CRM biz team
Active Participation in the Biweekly Administrative Specialist calls which are used to share information on bug fixes, new releases, best practices etc
Assign or change account owners to the existing accounts or transferring records within CRM
Sharing best practices learned to end users
Ensuring good data quality together with local management
Drive adoption of MS Dynamics together with local management
Reporting
Familiarized with the Advanced Find Reporting function in MS Dynamics, leading on to the creation of Charts and Dashboards
Download reports requested by management as the Administrative Specialist can download up to 100,000 rows of information compared to a normal user of 250 rows)
Assisting users/management with regards to general reporting & Dashboards
Perform or coordinate any changes within MS Dynamics that maybe requested by the GCO CRM team
Testing
The Administrative Specialist shall participate in any testing that may be required prior to the release of new changes or a bug fix etc. (especially if the NA raised the original ticket)
Qualifications & Characteristics:
General Functional know-how in air / sea / /road / solutions
Knowledge of DSV\xe2\x80\x99s local strategy
General MS Dynamics know how
Good overall understanding of sales
Ability to manage cross-functional interfaces
Strong organizational skills (priorities, plan, assign and control)
