We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Administrative & Public Relations Officer to support our company's daily operations. This role involves managing government-related procedures, maintaining company records, and ensuring smooth administrative functions across departments.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Process government transactions with Labour, Immigration, and other official authorities.
Prepare, renew, and submit company-related applications and documentation.
Liaise with external entities for legal and official matters, including police correspondence when required.
Oversee administrative support activities such as cheque deposits, office supply management, and other operational needs.
Ensure all company files, records, and documents are maintained accurately and up to date.
Act as a bridge between employees, management, and government offices.
Candidate Profile
Prior experience in PRO and administrative roles within the UAE.
Solid understanding of Labour and Immigration procedures.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
Valid UAE driving license with access to own vehicle.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
