Job Description

Al Bidaya Investment, a leading real estate and investment company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a

well-presented, dynamic female candidate

for the position of

Administrative & Operations Manager and Public Relations Officer

. The ideal candidate must have a

strong and flexible personality, proven leadership skills

, and

solid experience in the UAE real estate sector

, with a

Bachelor's degree

as a minimum requirement.

She will be responsible for overseeing internal operations, handling public relations, and representing the company professionally with government entities, clients, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:Administration & Operations:



Oversee daily administrative and operational activities. Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow. Review contracts, official documents, and property-related transactions. Follow up with government entities (Municipality, Land Department, etc.). Prepare operational and performance reports for top management. Develop and implement procedures to enhance work efficiency and service quality.

Public Relations:



Represent the company professionally in official meetings, events, and public functions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and government entities. Handle all external communications and follow up with partners and service providers. Manage the company's public image and coordinate media or PR-related activities when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate sector in the UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi). Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and government procedures. Excellent communication skills in both

Arabic and English

(spoken and written). Well-groomed appearance with a confident, professional, and flexible demeanor. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. Experience in dealing with government authorities and PR work is a plus.
