Job Description

  • Assist in managing daily operations of the Dubai office, including maintenance of the office environment, fixed assets management, lease contract coordination, renovation, internet installation, and facility upkeep to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Liaise with local vendors, property managers, and service providers for procurement of office supplies, holiday gifts, international shipping, and other services, ensuring quality and cost control.
  • Support employee-related matters such as travel, visas, access cards, insurance, social security, and respond to inquiries. Participate in organizing team-building activities, cultural events, and holiday benefits to boost employee engagement.
  • Coordinate reception and guidance for visiting clients and business teams. Serve as a liaison between headquarters and other offices to facilitate smooth communication and task execution.
  • Manage inventory and distribution of brand and marketing materials locally. Provide translation, documentation, and general administrative assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with administrative teams across regions to ensure smooth execution of tasks. Support local business development by providing necessary administrative and logistical assistance and completing other assigned duties.
