Job Summary - REAL ESTATE -ABU DHABI - ARABIC GIRL ONLY Urgent

• Please with experience in Portal Broker Pad and Expert Property Finder.

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Officer to plan and oversee the organization\xe2\x80\x99s marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management. 1. Managing property portals Broker Pad, Expert Property Finder and Dubizzle 2. Publishing Ads according to Bayut Policy on Broker Pad, Expert Property Finder and Dubizzle 3. Creating Leads on portals. 4. Building profiles of agents on Bayut and maintaining them on the top list of Abu Dhabi (Find Agents) 5. Making good price ads as hot list and signatures according to their high quality 6. Managing Expert Property Credit each month according to the Basic, Feature & Premium ads 7. Applying for \xe2\x80\x9cCheck\xe2\x80\x9d ads on Bayut based on Landlord information and required documents
(Tittle Deed, Eid, Brokerpad listing verification form) 8. Creating profiles and applying for PF Manager verification 9. Coordinating with Portals managers for new updates and promotions 10. Handling listing department according to their areas 11. Checking daily report of listing, assigning them their daily target and task 12. Checking weekly report every Friday and updating portals according to their availabilities 13. Creating official E-mails and receiving general call belongs to non-Arab language 14. Taking follow-up and update from quality assurance department regards to portal leads and collecting report 15. Receiving monthly closed deals report from HR department belongs to sales team 16. Giving weekly report of department direct to GM Based on team performance and authorized to fired and hired new ambitious team in case of their non-serious attitude towards work Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
