Job Information:


Support to the Audit office; Organize the internal processes related to the documentation supporting the invoices; Edit/Award Preventive Maintenance; Perform periodic controls associated with the tasks involved; Daily verification of generic mailboxes/assignment to team members; Execute and register the controls associated with the function;

Job Experience:

Good organizational skills; Attention to the details; Good oral and written communication skills; Efficiency and Proactivity; Team spirit; Domain of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word); Immediate availability.
