We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative & E-Commerce Coordinator to support our business operations, online sales platforms, and communication activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts and handle content creation
Design basic marketing and social media materials using Canva
Manage e-commerce accounts (Noon and Amazon)
Respond to emails and follow up with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Act as an intermediary between vendors and management
Manage documents, create Purchase Orders (POs), and prepare official company documents
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Maintain organized records and support daily administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (required)
Experience in social media management and content creation
Strong email communication and professional writing skills
Experience coordinating with vendors and management
Ability to manage calendars and schedule meetings efficiently
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in e-commerce or administrative roles
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
High attention to detail
