Job Responsibilities



Office & Administrative Support

-- Organize files, handle correspondence, manage documentation, and support daily office operations. Indeed

Communication & Coordination

-- Serve as a central contact point between departments, staff, suppliers, and external partners. Indeed

Scheduling & Meetings

-- Arrange meetings, maintain calendars, prepare agendas and minutes, and coordinate business travel. Indeed

Data & Record Management

-- Maintain accurate electronic and physical records, databases, and filing systems. Indeed

Reporting & Documents

-- Prepare various internal reports, spreadsheets, and presentations

Requirements



Education:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma or High School

Organization:

Strong ability to multitask, schedule effectively, and manage time

Communication:

Good written and verbal skills to interact with team members and external parties
