We are currently seeking a GC (Global Center) Hub Coordinator - UAE National, reporting directly to the Head of the Department to join our team based in UAE, Abu Dhabi.

About the Role:
As a GC Hub Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination and communication between global centers (GCs) and project teams. You will assist in managing workflows, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment across departments to support project execution and operational efficiency.
From Day 1, you'll be a valued contributor, working on real projects and collaborating with experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout your journey. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate communication and deliverables between global centers and project teams
• Track project documentation, schedules, and action items
• Support reporting, data consolidation, and status updates for ongoing activities
• Assist in organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action points
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project alignment and execution

About You:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Internship or prior experience in project coordination or administrative support
• Strong work ethic and desire to grow professionally
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
