Our client who is a multinational organization specializing in therapeutics seeks an enthusiastic Administrative Officer/Coordinator for a 1-year extendable contract to join their team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Provide administration support to the brand team.
Manage attendance schedules, facility bookings, and liaise with the brand team.
Raise and track purchase orders.
Generate monthly reports on team expenditures.
Coordinate approval of promotional materials and liaise with external agencies.
Assist in conferences/projects.
Coordinate team efforts for congresses, meetings, and conferences.
Prepare and distribute communications across the therapeutic area.
Drive and handle projects/events, including on-site support for meetings.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English (Arabic is preferable).
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Strong task management and organizational capabilities.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards is a plus.
