IIQAF is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and organizational support for all areas of daily operations. The ideal candidate for this position should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for all departments, including coordinating and scheduling appointments, taking phone calls, preparing correspondence, conducting research, and organizing meetings and presentations
Handle financial activities, including invoicing, billing, budgeting, and tracking expenses
Assist in creating and submitting reports as needed
Operate office equipment, such as copy machines, printers, and computers
File and manage company documents to ensure they are stored in the proper locations
Monitor and re-order supplies ensuring optimal stock is maintained for daily operations
Support the team by running errands or performing other tasks upon request
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Prior experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
