About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organized
Administrative Assistant
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, as it combines
administrative tasks, customer service, and marketing support
.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day
administrative support
(scheduling, document handling, coordination).
Assist with
customer service
: respond to inquiries, resolve basic issues, and ensure excellent customer experience.
Support
marketing activities
: social media posting, updating content, basic reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with basic social media and office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
Positive, proactive, and a team player.
Immediate availability
is strongly preferred.
