Job Description

We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Assistant will support the managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The candidate should be comfortable with general office operations, including answering phones, managing calendars and maintaining office supplies. Some the responsibilities are: * Answering & direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintaining contact lists & distribute correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Book travel arrangements and coordinate itineraries.
